My name is Jennifer Freeman, I’m a wife and a mom to two beautiful children. My family is my reason for creating Hometown Holistic Living and why I’m so passionate about living a holistic lifestyle.
In November 2021, I graduated as a Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Practitioner. I’m a National Association of Nutrition Professionals member and a candidate to become board-certified in holistic nutrition. I’m currently in the process of completing my Pilates teaching certificate.
Through pilates and a holistic lifestyle, I want to educate and empower clients and families to reconnect with themselves and commit to living a life that nourishes them. A life that provides renewed health, vitality, strength, and ease of movement.
I’m raising my family in my hometown and deeply committed to serving my community and beyond.
How I Can Help
Through Hometown Holistic Living, my goal is to serve my community in healing mind, body, and spirit. My coaching philosophy is rooted in compassion and heart-centered guidance, and I have a genuine commitment to forming authentic connections with my clients. I’m not just a health coach or pilates instructor; I’m a partner in your wellness journey as you realign with your true self and reclaim your health. I understand that health is not a linear path; it's not about perfection. It's about the progress, the journey, and the profound impact it has on your overall well-being.
