Why Pilates?

Pilates is a mind-body experience designed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health. Exercises can be performed on a mat, with props, or on specially designed equipment. Each exercise focuses on the breath, proper form, optimal alignment, and efficient movement patterns. 

Pilates is a low-impact exercise accessible to people of all ages and abilities. Movements can be modified to support you in your personal health journey. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, pilates is designed to help you move better in the studio and throughout life.

A 4-week group introduction to mat pilates

Group Mat Class

Level I Group Mat Class

A Beginner-level mat class that foucses on proper form and alignment, while emphasizing stability and core strength. This class will help you develop a strong Pilates foundation, increase your strength and flexibility, improve your posture, balance, and coordination.

  • Monday at 4:00 pm

Level II Group Mat Class

An intermediate-level Pilates mat class that builds upon foundational knowledge while introducing more challenging exercises. This class is designed for those with Pilates experience.

  • Punch Card available for purchase, Buy 10 classes and receive the 11th free, $120
